About the RAVA Interest Group
Mission Statement
The Regional Audio-Visual Archives (RAVA) Interest Group was formed to address the needs and concerns of archivists who find themselves responsible for preserving and providing access to audio-visual materials that document the history of geographical areas and local cultures. This Interest Group seeks to enhance communication and collaboration between regional archivists and explore initiatives that bring greater attention to the value and challenges of regional audio-visual materials.
