AMIA 2016 | Scam Alert

A word of warning...

We received notice this morning that a third-party company, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) is contacting conference sponsors and speakers, introducing themselves as an official 'housing bureau' or expo planning group working with AMIA or as a representative from the Omni William Penn and offereing room rates lower than those quoted on our website. This has been reported by a number of other conferences as well, where the information is represented that there is an issue with your hotel reservation, or that the hotel is sold out.
